I find it irksome when people go on their little "I'm an introvert, stop...." screeds. I'm an introvert but my head isn't so far up my own ass that I refuse to exchange pleasantries and socialise.

I think the internet has allowed the worst set of people to steer interaction. People see crappy think pieces and it makes them apprehensive about approaching others.
