That text is why I take a lot of complaints about a woman’s husband with a pinch of salt.
There are times when it is clear stuff is thrown in to put them in the right. They'd know that their boyfriend getting pissed off at them starting a ruckus in a club would be met with people saying "He's right".
What she wants is for people to say he is controlling so the necessary elements get added to the story.
