Was plugged by a building owner in Beverly hills with an office. Potential renter came by when owner was busy. I had keys to the whole building. Showed dude around as a courtesy to the owner. We chop it up then sit down for lunch and talk for 3 hours. Persian Jewish commercial real estate guy. They run alot if stuff my way because he liked me. Work with Chinese development firms. End up spending alot if time at their office in downtown. 888 Figueroa building owner is a close friend of theirs. Persian Jewish development and investment firm ran on their same floor. Run into the owner regularly in elevator. Cosign from my client gets me a lunch at a Brazilian spot with that owner. He has hands on $1bill+. Lunch went well. Business does well.
