I’m fine with it.

The kid is modeling the mother’s behavior at home but This is an overall good thing

There is no one size fit all solution for kids..or people in general .

Some kids/people respond well to talks and other types of discipline..that was me

Some kids/people only respond to showcases of power and will look at being talked to or loss of privileges as a sign that he/she got away with it…that was my brother

Do whatever is best for your kids .

If you out here treating all kids/people the same you’re a damn fool.

Yeah as i thought, here's an article where they say she lost custody of her kids :

Beaumont woman in viral video beating her son speaks out

Apparently she's a single mother of 5, from several dudes

You can sense the anger and frustration of her entire life in that vid. Whatever that boy did in school is a direct reflection of her.

After reading the article she admits she was wrong and seems remorseful. Credit due

No it's not. Ya'll really act like kids don't have strained relationships with their parents when they get older because of shyt like this.
That momma raised kid has been cooked from the beginning. I get that it looks bad but it’s the the realm of what would happen at home.

Besides it’s always best to address issues immediately so that part was right.

Homie ( if he’s lucky) will one day be a Black Man you have to handle yourself with some decorum.

Giving respect to teachers is paramount

I want to school in south memphis in 80's 90's and that was kinda extreme :picard:

that looks personal .... looks like a stud that hates the child and the baby daddy

the mom was clearly raised getting beat and verbally assaulted like that,,

you can't call the lil baby and Ninja,,,, most people wait to the child gets home

That’s normal in the Black community. I know I got way worse.

Not really sure why nikkas is clutching pearls because it’s on camera.

When he grows up to be a stick up kid most of yall would be down to send him to any gladiator school where he’d get his ass beat by Men all day every day.

I hope you’re being facetious. But punishments should be done in private, and definitely not recorded.

Having to whip ass that hard on a child that young tells me that she is overcompensating for a lack of discipline at home. This does not instill discipline, it fosters fear and normalizes violent behaviors.

How about we find out why he is acting up in class? Is he bored, or is he compensating for being academically behind? Is he acting for attention? How is his acting out any more of a reflection of the mother, who is obviously unhinged? If she acts like that at a school, there is no telling what happens inside the home.
She didn't film, someone else did.

I'm pleasantly surprised at the comments calling this out for the abuse that it is.

A few years ago the comments would have been filled with black people bragging about abuse they suffered as children as if it's a good thing.
Oh please, the coli been against spanking kids for years. They be putting their kids in timeouts and making them stand in a corner.
