I’m low key starting to think that people aren’t going to go down like a lot of us are assuming.

The question I have is if people don’t go down and get arrested like people are expecting will the people who didn’t get in on it turn them in?

or

if they do get away with this will this just cause the feds to always have a trump card to pull on the person who is involved. Especially the criminals they want to build cases on who are likely to launder money or something. They can probably easily just tie them in with this stuff. And knock them down when they decided to.

I also Think this will end up costing a lot of people those benefits like section 8/welfare/Etc. Which will not be worth it. This along with tax fraud. How do you own a million dollar business and live in the projects.

They will be hunting folks down for years to come. Every day you see articles in a diff locale where people were busted. You can’t outrun the feds

Things are just starting to reopen so they playing catch up

Those 20 band recipients are gonna have it the worst..

if you got off 5 bands, you can maneuver around that...of course paying it back...

I think anything 10 bands and up is gonna have some real pressure:whew:

yes I get that. But who are they going to chase. Im really thinking people are going to be sitting somewhere years from now and apply for some type of benefit program or catch a criminal charge and these charges will be stacked into it. To make the sentence longer or the case easier.

the welfare people are the ones I’m trying to figure out they are the easiest to find usually.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
Just so people know, the Feds are freezing folks banking accounts who got caught scamming the PPP bread. Someone I know who got the bread got caught and that is what's happening to them right now. They also have a fraud hotline that people can call and snitch to so watch how you brag about it on social media.

The actual penalty for getting caught is paying all the money back with 1% interest.

The people who snitch to their boss at work are going to have a field day with this one.

That’s exactly it. Folks will get taxed on top of paying the restitution, and it will fukk them for years on end either diminishing whatever benefits they thought they were getting, negating any tax refunds for several years, and/or having their income garnished. If they can’t, they will pay it with jail time. Or get hemmed up in another case, and get that wire fraud tacked on

That’s what I’m thinking also. Just imagine losing almost half of your income earned due to some loan that you applied for fraudulently and end up having to pay the whole thing back plus interest and penalties over the course of years. And if you don’t pay you go to jail.

I will say this much. I hope no one thinks this is just a black thing. It seems like everyone from the poor to The Who we would consider rich are in on this. I stay in the middle of nowhere and never realized how many “businesses” were here. Seems like all kind of motorcycle and pet grooming businesses are located here. And mechanics. But I have to drive all the way to the city to get my car taken care of.

Wouldn’t be a bad idea for debt consolidation

You'd clean up nice with a low APR
