People are openly bragging about scamming for PPP because "jails can't arrest everybody"

The black man is always targeted.
I’m really interested in how they’ll handle this, especially with conspiracy. They definitely have the ability to make capacity for all of those who committed fraud. All of them.
But on the flip side it would look HORRIBLE for the Biden administration to crack down on it like that. I honestly feel they’ll work something out with the IRS and start taking money out of people’s checks, claiming earnings, until they pay back what they owe. A huge financial penalization will have to be put in place.
If you think about it - how many people did they put away for tax fraud over the years?
The million dollar offenders are going down unless they’re CACs with connections.

I know somebody that got 3 of these loans in other ppls' name. That money went straight to a dealership

There’s politics involved tho - it’s not really as cut and dry as you think especially considering the place of the Democratic Party and Biden admin right now.
During the war on drugs and “crime wave” they had a really strong case for funding and building prisons. There was bipartisan support and racism.
Considering the scale of pandemic fraud and just the sheer scale of people involved - especially rich white Republicans and politicians. Add in that pretty much every race, color, social status, etc. is involved. Painting it as a black or minority issue would be political suicide for securing votes down the line.
I honestly feel like there’s so many people involved that locking them up would be really bad look politically. It’ll def be an IRS issue imo, moreso of a “white collar” kind of issue. They’ll figure out a way to monetize it and get that money back by any means.

That $10k will double when they add penalty and fees.. Then they fcking your credit up.. That child income credit getting popped until its paid off. 
When you're not smart enough to look at pros vs cons in anything you do, your life will be in a constant downward spiral of fckery.. 1 year from now all that shyt people got from that PPP loan will be gone.. But the suffering will be possibly until you die..
