Probably because that style is apart of Snoop's culture as a west coast dude (see: Ice T as wel) whereas Drake is once again imitating cultures and local fashion he has zero connection to.

As much as I love clowning Drake, I love pointing out the hypocrisies of the old even more.
Old heads rightfully clown Drake for his constant pouting, but wouldn't dare say anything about the original duckface rapper, Chuck D.
