Joker gives no fukks about anyone except Joker. No matter the year. No matter the iteration. That's the character.
No doubt. Most of the villains rarely give a damn about anyone other than themselves with the exception of Mr. Freeze. But I was addressing the loner part. Joker usually has a crew, even if he couldn't care less about what happens to them.

I think it was tonally out of sync with the movie, but it could've worked. I don't know if that's on the director or whatever suit intermediaries came through to remix Ayer's shyt

I liked it.

Joker has never been about being one way.

Many different versions.

In a lot of ways though this joker was a bit of a throw back retro joker. A gangster joker. But with a modern twist.

People are blinded by heath thinking joker is just some anarchist loner all the time.

Being a gangster surrounded by goons is one thing (because Jack's Joker was like that), but chilling in a public club? The character is historically too unstable to be out in settings like that.

Which history :what:

Joker was a freaking diplomat in one of the biggest comic books ever, he's done it all. BTAS Joker, dopest ever, always had goons with him.

I like no fukks given gangster Joker :yeshrug:
He gave fuks tho, SS's joker was for a feminist led world, he was basically p*ssywooped.Other joker's would have abused Harley or treated her like brad Pitt did juliette lewis in kalifornia. Instead it was more like something out of true romance

It was an interesting interpretation but he was given so little to work with that the whole character felt utterly wasted.
