only thing this kid is going to learn is that extreme violence is the answer, when one is in disagreement with another's behavior. Hes also going to learn that those who share his hue are always punished far more harshly than others of lighter hues, who commit the same acts or even worse. Why am I beaten to a bloody pulp when I steal, yet others get slaps on the wrists, or even bailouts he wonders. Hence one learns his or her place in society, and responds accordingly, usually acting out violently as an adult.
