You find a lot of things funny huh? I don't know if you're trolling me or not, but I've already explained my position. I wouldn't give two-shyts if Sandusky and his cohorts were put to death. I think the Paterno family needs to sit the fukk down, and anybody still defending him needs to shut the hell up. And yes, I think the NCAA is a bytch-made organization that's run by a bunch of caucasion elitists; Myles Brand severely fukked it up. However, I'm sure that the only reason the NCAA is gonna come down this hard is because of media pressure; had nobody said shyt they may have completely stayed out of it. They have a history of checking the landscape for popular opinion, and then levying punishment against whatever institution. Which is why they'll always come down harder on a program like Miami, as opposed to a program like Notre Dame. They'd come down harder on LSU than they would on Stanford etc. Now I know this isn't a forum of enlightenment, and everybody that watches sports or visits espn.com is automatically an expert, so its a mute point to keep arguing a mob. But the FBI needs to round up the rest of the offenders, throw them in jail, and then get on with it. And I'm not even a fan of Penn St. I just don't comprehend this giddy joy people are having anticipating them receiving the Death Penalty. You say you should be mad? Fine. I agree. Be mad at the administrators and go after them. Because a lot of those folks will jump ship and get nice jobs somewhere else while the rest of the community is left in ruins, and I think that shyt is wrong. My whole point is to specifically go after the perpertrators for now; and down the road if there were much more people involved than we thought, then go ahead and stop dropping bombs. The NCAA heard people's grumblings and are jumping the gun a bit IMO. Oh and I played college and a little bit of pro FOOTBALL before switching over to rugby, which is why I chose the alias.

But this is a scandal unlike any other in NCAA history, this is beyond football players sexually assaulting a coed, or getting into fights or taken money and coaches turning a blind eye. These are kids basically being taken to a rape campus and all the people that could've and should've stopped it, didn't.

Not enough foresight was taken as far as higher ups registering the impact of a cover up and what it would do to the college as a whole. Life isn't fair, but neither is little kids getting raped.

Whatever I type, people are still gonna come up with justifications for the Death Penalty :yeshrug: So that's fine. Let's move on.

Post 8 - What country do you live in? I would hope you would be consistent in your call for collective punishment. Are you American or assorted English? What is worse mass killing being endorsed by voters or a football coach maybe covering up some sexual touching and ass fukking?

Again please apply your collective punishment principle equitably.

I suspect you are American but regardless here is a book review for you.

Lack of institutional control to start? They allowed a monster to roam their campus, in the name of fraudulent goodwill, fukk little boys in the ass on their campus, while most people in authority knew of this. They all chose their jobs and football over showing some decency and compassion for little boys when their lives will never be the same. You gotdamn right we got our pitchforks out and want blood. Do you see the deification going on at Penn State. We already have the wackos such as Franco Harris and Matt Millien defending him. Do you see the Paterno family and their high and mighty attitude? Every time they make a comment, it gets worse. This is abhorrent behavior from anyone that sides with PSU or their football program. Yes, I love my football saturdays like everyone else, but this is one of those times that our saturday religion takes a backseat to real life shyt. Innocent boys from broken homes, looked up to these people like gods and got done a disservice that many of them will likely never recover from, some may never be able to live what would we consider to be a normal life. So, you gotdamn right that we want PSU's heads on the guillotine as anything else is a waste of everyone's time.

I don't know because I read the whole article and then when I got to the last paragraph it made sense, The writer of the article is a homosexual and one thing that homosexuals do is to equate anti-gay sentiment with anti black fear and paranoia. Which is always a false and misleading parallel to make.

Im not here to defend Mowgli, but I've read a lot of his posts and he's never defended a homosexual agenda.

nikka please. Every post you've written is dripping with condescension. You didn't even really read what I typed you so I'll reiterate.

The culture at PSU is damaged and if you thought it only stopped at Paterno et al then just go read a PSU board where they're STILL defending Paterno's actions. His family is STILL sending out memo's saying the Freeh report was wrong. They're effectively still choosing Paterno's legacy and PSU football over those kids.

It's not just the administrators that need a slap. It's the fans, the boosters, EVERYONE because they're STILL defending Paterno. The players will be given an option to transfer and will be perfectly fine.

You seem to not really wanna discuss shyt. You have your "opinion" and keep sneaking in credentials about playing football. I did too and honestly I bet I'd have more of a gripe with the NCAA with everyone considering I didn't play in a bowl game my senior year because a teacher gave one WR (who transferred after the semester) a grade my sophomore year then promptly got promoted AFTER the investigation. The NCAA ain't perfect, but they should be kicking PSU in the face.
