I’m a Yankees fan and I thought it was great. Even back then.

Zimmer forgot he was 106 years old. Stay your ass in the dugout.

I was pissed off Boston got to that early lead.

Yankees/Redsox 03 & 04 ALCS (Cubs-Marlins 03 NLCS as well) is really like a timestamp of the glory days coming to an end. Different world.

People don't wanna admit but those days the NBA was clearly #3. Post-jordan was rough. baseball really fucced up all that momentum. They are in a better spot now than they were a couple years ago tho

i felt such pride and a huge release when i saw that. Pedro also happened to be my favorite pitcher of the time even as a cubs fan.

sidenote: we really we're robbed of a Cubs vs Red Sox world series that year, my cubs had a 3-1 lead and chocked it, game 7 for the redsox had Pedro vs Roger Clemens, would've thought the red sox had the momentum to prevail. smh
