I would say that's the case. I had a few VHS tapes where Michael Cole and Kevin Kelly were doing commentary over 80s matches, but I think in that case they were doing it so they wouldn't have to pay Jesse Ventura any royalties.

Anyway, R.I.P. Pedro.
