I am quite a bit disconcerted about some having more concern over how people on this website will react to this than they are about the actual person living in a nightmare over this. I will also admit that I have never seen this sort of concern for the image of the over all Black community, and yet here we have a young Black male that is suffering from his actions and the actions of the one who molested him. For some it seems their need to protect the group is more important than the harm that was done to the young man.

Instead of rushing in trying to control how people react to an issue, how about you just confront the ones who actually are conflating the issue with those who have not participated in it? By jumping the gun, you do not help fix the issue you just make yourself look silly.
