Spence doesnt respect his opponents power, thats why he doesnt move more. Why not stay in the pocket if they cant hurt you?

As he moves up in weight he'll eventually face someone where he cant get away with that. And i think he'll do just fine

keep easter thee fukk away from mikey or linares for that matter...this boy has a tenuous grasp on that title...the commey fight i had him losing by 1; the fight with shafikov i had him losing clear and now this fight..easter is the broner of the lightweights and thats not a good thing...has all physical attributes that could make him a beast in this division but he makes these fights a lot harder than it should be...might be time for a new trainer

Very true. He been getting touched way too much for him to think hes tops. Mikey would have beat him up last night.

He def needs to stop palin around with AB too much. I just something about AB energy and attitude thats off to me and it "infects" others. I would distance myself from him a bit beyond promotion( if he is even AB's fighter..which Im not sure he is). LIke AB Easter thought he arrived already, but its not looking like he can compete with the elite. Gotta start honing his craft more.

I can't wait for the day someone decides to really sit down on their punches when they throw them at Spence. It's like nobody is willing to commit to their power against him. I mean I can see why, but damn at some point you gotta take the risk.

Once Bud gets hit with 2 good hooks, you will see him gunshy. Hank Lundy was giving him issues. He lost rounds to the African dude. You can't come from behind against Spence. Bud ain't ready. His chin has not been checked and you don't want him checked by SPence. He's also coming up in weights.

Even Porter would beat Bud's ass. Trust me, 147 ain't easy

He was getting clocked a bit too much for my liking in certain fights. And if the weightcutting unattural dudes at 147 crack him, itll be different.

Exactly N PED started the fight right in front of Spence not throwing punches...eating body shots

If you not goin throw punches start the first half of the fight like he did the Swift fight...take less punishment

Yup because he took away his jab for a good portion of the fight just by handfighting

I don't have any gifs from Spence Brook but if you remember how Brook was doing so well in the fight and why Spence couldn't get off like he wanted was because Brook was handfighting w him.

how many times did we see Spence and Brook doing this ^^^^^^

Notice how much better Brook did..... if you ain't handfighting along w fighting for foot position against a south paw as good as Spence



You can't peek a boo against a "I go then you go" type of nikka like Spence because you will never go

i wouldnt say all that..the **** and khan fights are his best wins..along with that draw with ortiz..its ok but i wouldnt call it best of his era

I'm not talking wins, i"m talking who he has faced, same with Bradley.
Can you think of someone of his era with a comparable resume?
