Sure.
Economic sanctions and unrealistic demands as well as interfering in Korea's unification talks are making the North Koreans flex. They conduct a test (which isn't illegal) and america starts talking about war, then NK shows that it can defend itself and american's call foul and want to launch a pre-emptive war.
Needless to say, America doesn't want another Korean war, America lost the first one, it can't afford or stomach another. Why? because South Korea would be destroyed instantly. They might not be able to fight America, but they can for damn sure bomb the living hell out of SK. I was in SK last summer and the country is smaller than oregon lol.

How do I expect americans to respond? Easy, by asking questions and evaluating. The moment you do that, the moment you realize your govt have been dikking around and now have people wanting to bomb you. Once you do that you can start understanding why your govt probably does things abroad against your interests.
