ThisNo next gen console is going to do both 4k and 120fps unless its a simple game.
Console developers also use "checkerboard" rendering where its running like 1200-1400p and copying the pixels to upscale to a 4k equivalent.
hitting 4k on PC depends on how optimized the developer makes the game..Like I can run Destiny 2 4k 60 or Starcraft 2 4k 120fps no problem with a 1070 but a game like Control I can barely run 1440p 45fps.

Good Brother I’m sorry but have you measured each pixel of these non released games ?It's not even native 4k in the first place
