ortiz has been ko'ed by an old collazo and josesito lopez coming up from 140; devon has faced the likes of urango, lucas, maidana, and bailey without getting Ko'ed and only getting KD once

they are both headcases but ortiz has clearly not lived up to his potential..even moreso than devon
