But this is the problem with Boxing if it’s an easy lock why not prove people wrong and KO a black prime fighter.
The Coli said the same thing with Mikey not fighting Easter.....

I been said Easter struggled against fighters he shouldn't have, and I dont see how he can beat Mikey

We saw how that turned out :ehh:

Same way I see the Charlos against Canelo

You favor Mikey over Spence, bias aside?

I see Canelo beating Charlo but I don’t see it as an easy fight seeing as though he has struggled with athletic fighters in the past

Harrison fought a smart ass fight , scary and all, though I still think Jermell won. He and his bro need to switch up their strategy, you ain’t just gonna step up your competition and knock out world class fighters with a kill shot every time you step in between those ropes . Paycheck I’m sure is nice but hopefully he learns from this and comes back better than ever.

That's the price of trying to be great..you have to get in there with real competition. Not everyone can do what Roy did to James Toney....UTTERLY HUMILATED a defensive genius...Charlos stepped up? It got close..that's the price of facing good competition. Something Canelo didnt do last week..something Joshua hasnt done since the Klitzcho fight .

Jermall lost Jermell didn't. Of course the Russian didn't get the decision but the American did. Euros need to go Germany/UK route, the flagrant corruption against everyone not American or mexican is ridiculous

Yea but if you running around screaming that you a lion, and you the baddest muthafukker on the planet...and everybody shook of you. You cannot let a C level fighter come out and rock the fukk out of you like that. It's unacceptable. If this was canelo or little g they would be getting roasted right now. The Charlos put this pressure on themselves. True elite fighters don't get the luxury of having off nights. That's just how it is. If this was monroe I might cut him some slack, but korobov is average as fukk in every way imaginable. If you're truly an elite fighter, even on your worst night you should never let a C level fighter arguably beat you.

Andy Lee....a likeable guy but B- fighter got Korobov outta there.

I bought into the hype but based off what I saw from both these dudes last night against an " A" opponent we could be looking at a violent TKO OR thorough schooling at JMW or MW.

They look lost against folks who aren't stationary.

That Andy Lee fight was different though in that Korobov there was pressing the action, was well ahead on the cards, got reckless and got slept by Lee's counter hook. Wasn't the first time Lee pulled out a W like this out of his ass while tracking on the cards, see his Jackson fight too...
Against Charlo last night Korobov was happy to play the counter-puncher and imo it was smart from him.

Really both of the Charlos looked sluggish trying too hard to score the KO against opponents who were not stationary and were happy to counter. I agree with you on this. You cold also see Trout giving them problems with a similar approach despite losing to both.
Had Jermell winning but he needs to be a lot better to the rematch cause Harrison can improve from last night's performance too not only him. Harrison lost a close fight imo but he gave Charlo his toughest fight since Vanes.

And I also wouldn't mind Jermall and Korobov running it back this time Korobov preparing properly for Charlo ina. 12 rounder and with Charlo preparing for Korobov too.

Canelo and GGG aren’t too worried now I’m guessing.

Not just about Charlo but overall... Charlo, Jacobs, Andrade, Derev, BJS...

Can’t say either one of them really made a true statement at 160 lately.

GGG aint never been shook of these dudes. I always laugh when peeps suggested Charlo would KO Golovkin. On what planet has GGG ever even been buzzed or noticably hurt to suggest such a thing is beyond me

I like the Charlos but they needed a humbling. For the record I thought DC got robbed and Big Charo got a close win over Korobov. Honestly I didn’t score the fights cause I was waiting for the KOs :manny: Charlos need to work on basic boxing philosophy. Cut off the ring, double jab, body work etc. That and they need to stop loading up. With how good both of their balance is, they shouldn’t be having tough nights with Harrison and Korobov. PBC threw the farm on them to come out and dispatch of both their opps and they came up short. I hope this don’t lead to both of them getting their ass kicked badly. Huge night at Lubin, J Rock and Breadmans homes. I guess that dude was kinda right about them after all.
