I don't really think a lot of guys were interested in facing him based on risk vs reward, but now, I think he becomes a very attractive opponent

Someone like Canelo is going to need opponents. If I'm GBP, I would seriously take a look at fighting this guy in the future.

Matchups make fights, and I also think he was shook from mell's loss.

This might be the worst we'll see Jermall IMO.

Perhaps, which is why I think other teams are gonna sit back, let Jermall continue to fight, to see if this is real.

In reality, boxers have off nights. This isn't basketball where if your shot is off, you can just sub someone in. You gotta grind through it.

Yup, and a loss should not mean anything. Mayweather really messed that up for everyone lol.

Max has a longterm deal with ESPN and Max doesnt even serve that role when working boxing telecasts
Max can take the Lampley position and there is no reason he wouldn't be able to work with Fox to commentate, like they let him work with HBO

let technology sort it out

land more punches to win a round

or score a knockdown to win a round

get a knockout stoppage or make them retire to end it

take human error out of it

the truth is they want the fukkery

Boxing is subjective, we saw the stupid ass "techonology" shyt in the garbage olympics that got boxing removed as an Olympic sport, that shyt aint boxing.
Boxing has human element in deciding who won a round, the only thing that nees to be fixed is holding bad judges accountable.

Jermall can learn from this so will he? is the big question. If he does learn then he's good since he was in there with a in shape southpaw that has some reach, that combination is a nightmare. Oh and from now on if Jermall has a big fight coming up then Jermell's fight needs to be scheduled a week or more afterwards and not on the same card or before. It's pretty obvious to me that it affected Jermall and i didn't think he gave a fukk if he won or lost this fight. Only thing he wanted to do as soon as he was announced the winner was yell in the camera about his twin losing.

Can’t really afford off nights as a boxer in 2018. This isn’t like team sports where you can make up for it the next week or like in 50’s boxing where you had your next fight coming up 2 weeks later.
These dudes fights 2-3 times a year and the impression of their most recent fight lasts at least until their next fight maybe even longer depending on the circumstances...

Jermall’s stock has risen on his last fight but dropped down w this imo... Korobov was a late replacement, training most if his camp to fight a much easier opponent in an 8 rounder and did pretty damn well fir that.

Jermell’s stock dropped this year too w his Trout win drew criticism (personally I thought he did good) and now this loss where he didn’t look good even if his loss is controversial.
