Both payroll and Chaz bling are on papers making statements about an altercation with someones stepfather that resulted in a car accident. They told the cops who it was.

I'm on mobile, and when you go to full screen, you can read the text clearly.

People are reaching to to call someone a snitch.....In part, because social media is so pervasive, people will just "Oh well I HEARD Payroll is a snitch", and not read the document, or even understand it.

And purely speculation, but Roc is the one who looks to me, like an actual cooperator.

On parole/felon with multiple cases:

1) 55k seized by DEA in February

2) arrested on state narcotics charges, in April, and given a soft deal, for a multiple felon with priors, probation.

3) There are factors unknown to me, that could change all this, but on paper it looks funny.

Feds seize money from people all the time. And you know it’s there choice when and where if they actually indict you on it. And he didn’t have any previous drug convictions and getting caught with a ounce of soft ain’t chit.

These dudes trippin saying a car accident statement is snitching now.

Varies state to state for sure, but I would think a previously convicted felon with those charges is doing 6 months, a year, something. I don't know the DA's case, and I don't know the lawyer he had, so there is a lot I don't know. I know, regarding seizures, it just seems he was hot in the months before his death.
