I just sent them a copy of my ID, SS card(I think they asked for it), and a water bill to prove address and I've been cool since.

You sent them nikkas a scanned copy of your SS card dawg?

If they do ask for something related to your social its usually the last 4 digits and I've even bypassed that by calling and complaining about not feeling comfortable giving that information up. Its best to just call them like boy said earlier and just complain. Its a good chance the shyt won't work depending on who's assisting you but its better than dealing with their automated bullshyt ass emails and shyt.

I know I scanned my ID and water bill. not sure about SS card just typed to type it because it happened a while ago when I was verifying my account and dont remember what all they asked for.

I have good history with them tho since I sell stuff on eBay a lot and use them to receive funds.

Just call them. They closed down my personal account for a min too, I just submitted what they asked for
