lol. How is it fake if thats were i was raised? being from baltimore Ive had very little interaction with White ppl until i went to college and got a job in IT. But im not dumb enough to place blame on all for the actions of a few. Everybody that i know that was killed was by the hands of another black person. family members that are on drugs were given the drugs by a black person. So if i took yall logic I would hate my own race. See how dumb that sounds?

Call it selfish or whatever but i wantt our ppl to succeed because guess what? my son is black. 90% of my office is filled with indians and the starting pay is around 70K a yr. and this shyt is not hard at all. But they fill up this office because they all know each other. we could be doing the same.

I prove to others everyday how far hard work can get you no matter how they try to hold you. they close the door on me , im going to find a way to get it open. Maybe thats just me. I rather not be born with the disadvantages but by having them made me work twice as hard and by far the best programmer here

This is the thing that you are missing, just because you made it and it was easy for you, it doesn't mean others see the same view. The blame is not solely on white people, but it is not as easy as brushing it off and get things going.

Mental slavery is very real and it takes a concentrated effort to pull a community out of the slums. This would mean the ones who do make it, come together and try to pull others up with them. What usually happens, is those making that $70k, move out of the hood to the burbs, some may get them that beloved "PAWG" and they become disconnected from the community, as that is their past and they are no longer like "those ignorant, uneducated black folk". Tie that in with all the predujuce, racism, inferiority complexes and being told you aint shyt......the cycle will continue
