This happens at every precinct, prison, barracks, fire station, wherever men and women work closely together. People are fukking on every job.

They were fukking on company time, so that is grounds for termination automatically. Also, you can get fired for certain offenses off the clock if it cause reputable harm to the place you work at, especially if you are a public service employee.
I have engage in multiple degenerate activities so I'm not going to judge them on their behavior but you cannot be doing that shyt on the clock. Also, since they were public service employees, you have to keep those activities to a small few who will keep their mouth close because they have to lose as much as you. And most importantly, if you want to engage in that sexual behavior, do it with people who you DON'T work with!!! Some feelings always developed when you are sexual with someone over a period of time, don't need to add to having to be close to that person at work for 8+ hours per day.
The problem with America is that everyone spends TOO MUCH time at work and not much at home. That's why infidelity is so high compared to other first world countries. More hours you work = higher probability you cheat.
