Back when? This movie hasn't come out yet. It's a period piece not a movie made a long time ago. Other period pices do have all that stuff you mentioned. This will be set in the San Fernando Valley during the 1970s. PTA is trying to tell a story with two normal looking white people looking to make it as actors.

I just think it's out of the ordinary. Hollywood is extremely into vanity. I actually thought it was cool until I heard half of it is due to nepotism.Why are you so obessed with how good looking people are?
