I need to read the complaint and see the counts. Is this a breach of contract lawsuit?

The plaintiff hosts poker games so having a big time celeb there probably made him a ton of money. Note he invited Pierce back a 2nd time.

If I’m PP’s lawyer I am arguing the plaintiff made far more from PP’s appearance at two poker games than what he is alleging he lost. If PP lost the money gambling that means another attendee won money. The house (host) made money too.

Seems like a cash grab but I gotta see the allegations.
