I've legit wondered what percentage of black people have trouble speaking professionally due to the Nword.

That word is such a large part of some black peoples vocabulary that I bet it's literally almost impossible for that word not to slip out.

I have no doubt that a black person has accidentally said the word during a job interview.

I'm glad that word isn't in my vocabulary....threw it in the trash can years ago. A major sign of low-class and low racial pride to me.

If you're black and don't use the word I automatically have a higher respect for you and assume you have a high sense of pride in being black.

I work in live TV production.

I'll never forget the one time one of our anchors slipped up and said "...when youre looking at these nasty-ass lines", speaking on some breaking news.

And this is a very hoity toity Chinese lady you would never expect talking like that.
