the whole "media love lebron" bs is so corny. If you don't like Lebron, you'll find any positive thing said about him annoying. but in reality, Lebron is the most scruinitized player.
Not since 2016 he's not. He's by far the most loved player. The media don't even talk about Curry like that and he's more popular with the fans and has as many rings as Lebron. Durant, Kawhi, these guys don't get much love

Do you also make a case for John Stockton being number 1 all time in Steals and number 1 all time in Assists as well? That is 1 player is number 1 all time in 2 of the top 5 statistical categories. Does that make him the best point guard or a top 10 player of all time? Or did he just play for a long ass time. I never really understood this argument with counting stats.

Lebron has been playing for 17 seasons, has 3 rings and won 2 of his 3 rings on a created superteam. All of his other rivals for all time great status have either won more or won similar in a shorter time period.

What is your case for him being ahead of Duncan if you have one.
When will you dumbass nikkas understand that championships are a Team accomplishment? You put Jordan on a team that only surrounds him with trash. He aint winning shyt either. Would that make him any less of a player?

Never mind a HOF coach.

Nevermind HOF Tony Parker

Nevermind HOF Ginobili

Nevermind HOF Kwahi.

They're easily replaceable. :russ:

This is why NBA discussions are trash. And it starts from the media on down.

The worst in sports.
All logic goes out the window when discussing basketball. Its all about the rangz (a team accomplishment) and the media voted MVP award. shyt really is a joke.

It makes a case for Stockton being the greatest pure pg ever

it gives him a case

stockton doesn't have the the mvps and titles to be a top 10 player but he is a top 5 pg all time

longevity matters

Miami was no superteam after 2011. Wade was never "Flash" after that year

none of his rivals have 3 finals mvps and 4 Mvps

of of what I just posted

Duncan does have 5 titles but only 3 finals mvps in those wins

5783daae88e4a794048b72c5

.
.

lebron had a higher peak with 2 more reg season mvps
You see the bullshyt I'm talking about? This stupid motherfukker says Stockton isn't a top 10 player cause he doesn't have any MVPs (media voted award) and rings (team accomplishment). How about Stockton aint top ten cause he wasn't as impactful or better than the dudes in the actual top ten?

History is going to treat him extremely well.

He will retire at around 40,000/10,000/10,000, probably around a 20x All-Star, 20x All-NBA, 4x MVP, he has the chance to win a 4th championship.

Once he retires his career will be appreciated, his greatness will be put into perspective, and a lot of these hating ass media pundits will bow down. He will likely either be considered the G.O.A.T. or number two, he is considered a consensus top 5 player pretty much right now. The league will also struggle to find his replacement as face of the league.

U will be mad as fukk as LeBron's retirement tour unfolds :umad:

NOPE

HIM BEIN AN OVERALL LOSER WHO TYPICALLY FAILED TO GET IT DONE ON THE BIG STAGE IS GOING TO
GET A LOT MORE RUN ONCE THE MEDIA HYPE NO LONGER NEEDS HIS HEADLINES TO BE THEIR CASH COW

YEA, HE GOT THE STATS, THE MVPS, NO DOUBT... BUT HIS STORY WILL BE WRITTEN MORE LIKE WILT’S THAN LIKE MJ’S

HOWEVER, I DUNO IF KOBE WILL EVER GET HIS PROPER DUE.. THE CACS HATE HIM SO MUCH THAT THEIR STAIN MIGHT FOLLOW HIM FOR OUR ENTIRE LIFETIME. BUT THE PLAYERS ARE ALREADY SPEAKIN OUT, SO THE NARRATIVE AINT EXACTLY CEMENTED THERE EITHER.
