What about Trump's campaign has been successful since he got the nomination?

By every measure Trump has failed, failed in polling, he's failing with his support with his key voting blocks (white men) and up until recently has had trouble raising money. What about any of that is a sign of success?

And yes I've hired & fired many employees, the success of any business is only as strong as the people you hire. Hiring the wrong person has a tremendous effect on the overall organization and Trump is now on campaign manager #3...how is that a good thing?
