Heyman knows this business like the back of his hand. In all reality, WCW would still be alive and probably pulling a nice profit in the internet era if they did what he said: fire Nash and Hogan, keep Sting, develop some cats in GCW, get rid of Nitro and transition to Saturday Night.
That would have kept WCW afloat just long enough to make it to the internet era where they would have been able to monetize the hell out of their catalog and expand their fanbase. But... yeah... Vince Russo, Kevin Nash, and Hulk Hogan used that company as a vanity project and ruined my GOAT WCW
