dude is in a slump and he is hurt. I mean wtf you want him to do. they won chips with the nikkas so he was doing something right at 1 point. their bench is horrible and they are old as hell. that's not pow fault.

Yeah I really don't know. If they really cared about him being productive, it would seem logical to put him back into the roles he excelled in. Instead they'd rather try to morph him into Andrea Bargnani and then act like it's all his fault when it's just not his game.

:stopitslime: at kobe being bulletproof....the guy is prolly the most consistently criticized prolific winner in sports history...y'all kill me with this stuff...y'all frame EVERY thing as a reasoning to shyt on kobe...Every year he doesn't win a championship (despite winning FIVE already) is positioned as some grand ultimate failure...that don't have shyt to do with Pau's playing like crap and giving terrible value on his 19milly contract

nikka gtfoh. who consistently criticize Kobe? go ahead homie I'll wait...

So you're saying it's pringle's fault? We can agree on this, but dude is still passive as hell out there.

Then why the fukk are you even asking what's he doing out on the perimeter, followed by saying he should be down low (not out on the perimeter - because that's guard territory)....

LGBTWO claims they have the best center and best guard in the league. That should be enough to beat a below.500 team at home, no?

:aicmon:

I didnt sit through years of Kobe being a "shot-chucking, selfish, ball-hog" only for dudes to pretend he doesnt get criticized..bulletproof is the last word to describe the media/fan's analysis of Kobe's play over the years

-Obsessive geeks like Bilz who have dedicated their lives to criticizing him, they can be here in abundance...and anywhere on the internet where basketball is discussed

-Any number of notable NBA analysts, journalists, talking heads, etc....some of which are among the most well known nba media figures...Bill Simmons, John Holigner, Henry Abbot, Charles Barkley to name a few

Y'all kill me acting like anti-kobe sentiment is some kind of imaginary mythical phenomenon that we're making up...y'all are like white folks that deny the existence of racism

We can't catch a break. :smh:

Dude this is the best thing for pau, the way he is now he is getting blocked and stripped like a kid facing an adult every game. It's embarrasing to watch as a laker fan so I don't know how it must feel for pau. The best thing for him and this team is for him to get healthy. He is not productive enough offensively to mask his defensive deficiencies.

No. But you're directing your ? towards Pau and saying 'why is he on the perimeter when that's guard territory, why is he not on the low block' etc etc like it really isn't obvious who's the MAIN culprit in all of this?

:dwillhuh: damn near EVERY journalist has made a criticism of Kobe at some point...now obviously all of them aren't obsessed pathetic cocksuckers like you, but I don't get your point...assuming all of them were and I called them all haters, the mere fact that he has no shortages of people that constantly shyt on him makes this notion that he's "bulletproof" plainly ridiculous

There is a shortage of those people though. You said Henry Abbott, John Hollinger, Charles Barkley, and Bill Simmons to name a few, but who else is there? Kelly Dwyer? Bruce Blitz? Half of the people on that list are ONLY famous because they aren't as high on Kobe's game as most. The mere fact that they question "the gawd" is what made them famous. If Kelly Dwyer was just one of the thousands of media people that just said Kobe invented sliced bread and invented headlines like "Lakers fall despite 35 from Kobe" (even though he was 9-29 in that game), no one would know his name.
