thats a smart policy.

Theres people who independently monitor scanners and what not who would lead to mass panic if misunderstood.

theres tons of terms they can't say on the radio. Thats why they have codes etc.

The point is they've allegedly been responding to Ebola cases and putting it under other diseases like Malaria. If you want more info on that, find the thread I posted last night about Ebola patients disappearing.

I just saw on twitter. Damn. It's getting serious now. But they are saying they are re-opening soon. I think they pretty much just did a clean sweep for a day to sterilized the place.

Speculation doesn't amount to anything.

Tell your sources to step up like Edward Snowden and provide some incontrovertible evidence.

I couldn't care less whether you believe it.
Clearly not. But then again, you are against testing ebola vaccines, which is clearly something that has to be done

You can't have it both ways.

Whats funny is that you don't trust "mainstream" media, yet you infallibly trust anything that goes to the opposite of what they assert...which is equally infallible. :mjlol:

I'm not against something just because it's 'mainstream' and I don't necessarily believe something because it's alternative, but like they say, common sense isn't a thing shared by all. What you just stated that i do, the same could be said for you in the opposite. So....

1. Thats what trials are for
2. Those two white doctors were treated early in their disease timeline and they got a different drug from what Thomas Duncan got and the patient in Nebraska got the same thing Duncan got, but Duncan waited too long to get treated.
3. Theres like 3 or 4 drugs being developed right now and work through different biological mechanisms
4. Theres not enough of the drug to know if it truly helped. thats what trials are for. You can't test 2 people and claim success. Drugs don't work that way and vaccines are no different.
5. What do you mean who are they going to test? They have to test people in the hot zone. You can't dodge that. All this "lets kill blacks" argument won't get us anywhere. People are dying right now and you can't escape that without going to the root of the problem. These are tough decisions. Being emotional and stubborn will kill more people.

Good points but you can't blame some blacks (or a lot of blacks) for not trusting the medical system, I mean they did inject us with syphilis for over 40 years and then continue to lie about it for another 25 after that . Also what's the "Hot Zone" in America? We don't have enough cases like Africa yet. They will probably have to go to Africa to test these drugs.

Don't forget that Duncan was sent home. He went two(?) days without any treatment. Those two days of no treatment killed him.
