You should be able to refuse your service(s) to anyone for any reason.
That would work in a perfect world. Maybe a true colorblind world, but that can't work now. Even with the great "strides" we have made in race relations, we still have issues with people treating people unfairly. But to refuse service for ANY reason? Yeah that's going a little far. And I don't think "we" as citizens of the United States would be served well if we were allowing store owners to refuse service for any reason. Forget the slippery slope argument, lets just look at history. Black people have had issues left and right with being kicked out of establishments or treated poorly because of stereotypes and all out hatred. Women, disabled, children. Damn near everyone in this country has been discriminated against in this country in one form or the other. Ever since Obama has been elected the level of fear coming from the cacs has been an all time high. Imagine what would happen if business owners in the south or Boston (lol) started refusing service like that. And how would this p*ssy ass generation respond? The reason for the civil right's movement happened was so we wouldn't have to go back to the bullshyt of the 50's and 60's. Equal treatment and that is more than single law. It's important and it's healthy for a democracy. Refusing service is just opening the doors to anarchy.

What about our standing internationally? Our relationships with other nations, financially and diplomatically? Do you understand how spiking worldwide rage could make our foreign relations dangerously unstable, and increase the potentiality of terrorism?
And just how the fukk is Obama going to explain to the nation, the world, and himself that he presided over a nation that re-established inhumane laws that resulted in human rights atrocities, and worldwide shame?
