I'm 35, reasons I'm investing every single dime right now, I need to get out of this shyt early.

I lived in Dubai for 2 years. I can vouch for everything he's saying right now. It's definitely a nice location for a 30-something year old with disposable cash. Only thing I'd say is that he is definitely overpaying for his accommodation, otherwise it's a solid video.

bro was acting like $4K a month for an apartment was chump change. and that kinda money could get you a luxury apartment pretty much anywhere in the unietd states.

Smart as hell and a great game plan to follow if folks are paying attention. 👀
A LOT of people play the tech startup to major company game already it's not a hidden strategy or anything, dude was in A.I. rooms early, that's not something people can replicate at this point.

If you're talking about the general idea of focusing on retirement form the VERY beginning then yea it's smart, you'd probably have to shut yourself off from everyone besides immediately family to avoid distractions

But again huge emphasis on him specifically being in a market that ended up blowing up, there's no I telling if he's able to pull this off without that

the next big thing after A.I. will be everyone figuring out how to not work anymore sooo yea :francis:
