I'm right there with you sir. PARTYNEXT is dope as hell! Whenever I'm on my insomniac tip I play a few of his tracks & drift into a dream that resembles an 80's Prince video. 
... His sound is almost like if you kidnapped YOGA MEDITATION Music, Got it high then took it to the hood & let it fall in love with a stripper.
Bottom Line is, THAT BOY COLD!!
I wish he'd go back to dropping those ~3 minute tracks. That's what made PND1 so good.

Not anymore - besides "often" and the bonus tracks on trilogy (which all 3 sound pretty much the same) Abel lost his whole shyt - kiss land was
Abel's Music got progressively worse (all of them are dope except Kiss Land though ) compared to PND's Music getting progressively better
This PartyNextDoorTwo Album is as Good as House of Balloons (which is Abel's Best work )
