Part of my Plea was to be banned from the state of Georgia

First of all, I want to thank God I don't have to do any jail time

I sent back my first couple plea offers to see if it could be reduced. I thought they would try to take it to trail and if they did I was gonna be fukked.

Anyway, my lawyer said I would have to be banned from the state of GA I was like and asked could it just be for the county I was moving in. They came back and accepted.

6 months House arrest
5 years probation (after the first year i'm good) After 2 felony will not pend on my record.
banned from a Ga county.
