What does that mean and how does it relate to him being a snitch?

That he was signed to a label before you knew who he was? Or that he had friends who were in the industry before?

This Boston richey nikka came outta left field…never heard a second of his music before I seen him posted in pics with Kanye…I will admit I ain’t a jit anymore So idk all these young whippersnapper rappers, but I be coming across their music from time to time, and later if I see them with a big feature I’ll notice the name and be like ooh ok that’s wassup

The first time I seen richey was on the Coli with Kanye…that’s basically what a plant is

Now him being a snitch is an actual issue…but he deflected with that money pic, most ppl won’t care and he’ll keep going up

Basically it’s kinda disrespectful to the art that nikkas can have little to no talent and still buy their way into the game…now the manager who trying to clean his dope money buys his artist jewelry cars clothes, the whole starter kit, and ppl gon latch on because if u got all that already, u must be somebody right? What about nikkas that have actual talent, the ones that can do shyt like rap a cadence that rhymes to the beat? Say some slick shyt and switch flows ?

How is it fake if one doesn't claim that it was some type of organic movement?

If they just did it like back in the days and sent them a demo? Or maybe even put in work by ghostwriting for said grassroot rappers?
