my only issue w articles like this is how they over simplify the work that goes into getting yourself into that kinda shape. on some "in just 30-40 mins for 5 days a week you can look like this." when it's really more like "a gym full of personal trainers sculpting your body, nutritionists and personal chefs monitoring your diet every meal, drs administering gear, and 6 months of training day in and out, you can look like this." i have nothing against the gear aspect of it either, it's part of their job. but to water down the preparation that goes into this is insulting to my intelligence and insulting to how hard these guys work to get there imho :manny:.

I agree with what you said except for that part.

I think when you have all that at ur exposure it's not that much hard work. It's simply a formality. You just do it.

Plus these dudes have been in shape for years and it wasnt from doing those workouts solely. It takes time to get in great shape not 10 weeks of doing the Rocks routine.

it's still work :manny:, and it's a lot more than 35-40 min 5 days a week like the article says

No chance in hell that completed in one day without major suffering. He should be damn near swole in rhe brownie picture.

He has one cheat day every 150 days or so. If you were deprived of brownies, pizza, pancakes, etc for that many months you'd probably find a way :russ:

I know I would.

At some point that volume takes away the enjoyment. Technically he never said he ate all of it and I doubt he did.
