I really don't see how this is on Sasha, at all. She might have kicked Paige with a bit more force than necessary but if that kick was enough to end Paige's career, any backdrop could've done it. 
The thing about wrestling is that you can't expect anyone to adjust accordingly to someone's ability (whether it's a lack of ability, lack of cardio, dealing with injury, old age and slowed down) all the time. If you do a one-on-one program (or even a one-off match), yes, you can train for it. You can plan for it. If you're doing shows six days of the week where you face three women with different skill levels, it becomes impossible to do that unless you're an absolute elite level wrestler, and even then it can always go wrong.

If Seth got off scot-free for basically retiring Sting, then Sasha should be fine.
