this has been proven on multiple podcast to have been a planned spot/bump and was Sasha's idea. notice Charlotte clearly jumps off and positions Sasha's legs on to the rope. either way glad they haven't been doing stuff like this lately because those types of bumps and Sasha's suicide dives are rough to watch for someone her size.

regardless of any of that, no one wants to get hurt or purposely try and hurt anyone else. just like with Rollins shyt happens in pro wrestling, but that doesn't change the fact that it happened.
