It says plenty when Lacey Evans walks into the role she did when she was never good enough to make a Takeover or most NXT Tv but Kairi was superstar of the year (male or female) and is in this role. If you’re serious about being a global product stop Americanizing your foreign stars

Some things about WWE product I agree with, most things even but Lacey Evans is catching strays the same way Rey did that Royal Rumble that Daniel Bryan didnt come out last.
No matter what you think you have poor judgement or haven't been watching wrestling long if you don't see the potential in Lacey Evans. She can work better than the likes of Alexa Bliss for a example, cuts great promos and she has a gimmick she plays fantastically well. Its pro wrestling it doesn't matter how long anyone has been there if they have potential to be good in a spot then push them to that spot. Marks need to kill that stupid, 'ain't been there long enough' 'they don't deserve that spot' bullshyt. The argument about her not having a takeover natch is invalid, what takeover did Elias make? What takeover did the Iconics make?
Elias didn't make any waves in NXT because he wasn't no straight 4* and above worker like the NXT crowd respect more than anything but his gimmick and the way he played it was money. Its the same for Lacey Evans. Lacey Evans might not be an Io Shirai or Kairi Sane in the ring, but she can work a solid match and there's women on the main roster that work sloppy as hell.
Besides Becky Lynch has basically faced everyone already, how many heels are there atm for her to face in a fresh match up? nikkas complaining when they getting a fresh feud and then also complain of a stale product.
Btw heads up on the next two who most likely won't make any waves on a takeover but will be great on the main roster if creative doesn't book them bad, Aaliyah and Vanessa Borne, although the new women's tag titles may mean they will get a takeover match they never would have got otherwise.

I agree, but the WWE isn't like NXT though. They're not run by the same person so that kind of stuff doesn't matter when you're on the main roster. There is a lot of criteria thrown out there in regards to who they want to push and who they don't, but I would say it's based on whether or not THEY think you look good and can carry a promo. See: Alexa.
And back to this team, since Vince doesn't have a good track record with foreigners or people who can't speak english very well, this whole thing can go left on some Kai En Tai shyt real fast.
If Lacey had that potential, she’d have gotten over in NXT. CORBIN got over in NXT (at first). Elias was over in NXT. That’s the best way you signify whether someone has real potential or not, whether they can get over in an nxt environment where it’s a small, jaded audience of many of the same people.
When I say potential I mean as a star, not someone on the card. Elias wasn’t good enough for a takeover but he was a regular heel on nxt television, iiconics also were regulars on nxt tv and got over in front of the full sail audience. Becky’s only losses since the summer were both to Asuka. That’s using common sense booking but they had other plans.

Firstly,
You have now changed what you said. You never said anything about getting over in NXT you said Lacey Evans wasn't on a takeover and when I mentioned neither was Elias or the Icomics you have now changed your point to now being about getting over.
Secondly you are also revising history cause Lacey Evans was over in NXT. She wasn't any less over than Elias was and she was more over in NXT than Rusev was. Before the arrivals of Io and Sane she was behind only Bianca Belair and Nikki Cross who was the most over female. Lacey even faced Bianca in a number one contenders match.
Elias got way more over on the main roster than he ever did in NXT so the NXT crowd is not the acid test. AOP and the Revival were over big in NXT. Sometimes what the NXT crowd loves the main roster crowd shyts on. Triple H even said he knew and told Elias himself he will be better as main roster act.
