Returns in the regular season is going to be Tavon so I don't think returning kicks give him an advantage. I wish they would just move on from Noah Brown and let both of these dudes on the squad.I think they're giving both a chance to make the roster w/ 85 out. Don't sleep on Wilson returning kicks and making tackles on special teams. If they choose one, I think it will be him.
Can’t think of his name but the short stubby d tackle 51 or 53 was causing a lot of problems too lol we are stacked!
Bruh this shyt got me dead. Just listening to the Taco interview, I think he has it and just haven't been given the snaps.Naw I disagree, he hasn’t show nothing. I remember his 1st year he was handing out tacos in the preseason, regular season come damn taco truck closed down. He need to show some progression during the regular season
Cooper did well for himself this preseason and likely gained a lot of trust from the coaching staff. They wont go looking for a proven backup, that's for sure. When Cooper didn't have the line we saw him moving the team down the field and being very accurate. One game he moved the ball and Mike White was getting killed by the 3rd string line. The next game they gave White the 2nd team reps and he still looked garbage and Cooper still did work with the 3's. He just needs to keep improving and be ready if his number is ever called. It's too bad Cooper isn't ready to take over the starting job yet, because the one thing that stood out is how the WRs didn't have to struggle to catch the ball when he threw it. It was also smart of them to let him get some time with the starters. He looked a lot better when he had that OL blocking for him.
I think they might be giving Wilson a shot to make Tavon expendable. He might be a surprise cut.Returns in the regular season is going to be Tavon so I don't think returning kicks give him an advantage. I wish they would just move on from Noah Brown and let both of these dudes on the squad.
So Taco get a pass for being moved around but Crawford don't?Bruh this shyt got me dead. Just listening to the Taco interview, I think he has it and just haven't been given the snaps.
Something along the lines:
-"successful" rookie year
-moving to left DE
-being asked to play run with Gregory getting to rush
Those being the reason his sack numbers are down but he's doing what the coaches ask of him
I've always believed that given the chance to be a every down player he would produce but
I personally think that letting Crawford rush over Taco was asinine but that's just me.
The only reason he was on the team imo, is because he was a character guy when the rest of the DL couldn't get it together. He never excelled at any position and him at DE was flat out disgusting. Came in and worked hard but he's really George Selvie with a motor. So Taco get a pass for being moved around but Crawford don't?
I think that nikka has played every position on the dline throughout his career b/c of injuries/suspension/need/etc.
Taco's problems had a lot to do with himself. He was in the doghouse last year for his attitude and poor work ethic. I think seeing D-Law get paid lit a fire under him.
TC has always been a hard worker so that has endeared him to the coaches but they save $8M if they cut him after this season, which I think they will do regardless how these young guys progress. But I don't think Taco was ready for a starter's role last year. He still doesn't go 100% on limited snaps. You're not going to play for Marinelli if you can't do that at the minimum. The only reason he was on the team imo, is because he was a character guy when the rest of the DL couldn't get it together. He never excelled at any position and him at DE was flat out disgusting. Came in and worked hard but he's really George Selvie with a motor.
Tyrone Crawford is Projected to Be the #88 Defensive Lineman in 2019
And this is Cowboys players/ coaches and fans at camp
He’s right about what he said though. Taco ain’t been shyt so far when it counts. And he need to stfu talmbout they didn’t let him rush the passer. Excuse makin lame. On 3rd and long he was in on plenty of plays. Playin the run on 3rd and 11?LMAOOO.. dude, you Ohio St to the core. You cant comment on this bro! lol
