At this point you have to pay him, but we HAVE to continue to draft well. His contract will cripple this front office’s ability to retain some of their top players in free agency
Breh, I hate how much QBs get paid too (when it comes to how it affects the cap but Get Money) but that's the biz.
There's rumors the cap may go up almost 50% next year?

If we had an outstanding offensive coach with a great system, maybe we could buy into the "pick a QB high in every draft and put money elsewhere"
but we don't right now and we don't know what Jerry's gonna do at coach next season.
Maybe Lincoln Riley, Urban Meyer or Bob Stoops can do that, who knows? :yeshrug:

To your part about drafting, as long as they get Marinelli and his bullshyt DT philosophy the fukk out of here, I have faith in McCay and our scouting department to do the job
to keep replenishing the team with talent.

Good measuring stick for the Boyz. They'll beat them again at a neutral site
Matter of fact, the NFC will win the SB if they play NE
Yes, with mostly everything going the Pats way....they should've put it away earlier.

If Dak scored a TD that final Cowboys drive...i would've wanted Jerry to give him a blank check. 9 points ain't enough...we needed a lil more from him today.

Today was a good time for him to show Miss St. Dak and play like he did against Jags last year before we got Amari. He had 80+ yds rushing.

Garrett should of been fired after his own players didn't even want to shake his hand. His team has no respect for him.

Not to mention, that wasn't the time to shake anyone's hands. Give up 24 points to a bad Jets team and a 2nd year QB returning from multiple games missed. Down by 8 late in the fourth quarter. :mjpls:

Players don't fear being cut for poor play so why would they shake his hand.

Garrett is a good stop-gap coach until you get that franchise coach. Kinda like Del Harris was for the Lakers before Phil Jackson came through.
He can make a team respectable and stable. But when it comes to taking a team to the promise land? Naw.
He'll get your team to the playoffs but he'll get outcoached by every decent coach there.

What :mjlol:
