What kind of coach DOESN'T know how to take the heat? A good coach takes the blame/heat even when they don't have to....you know why? B/c if THEY do it, the players
1. Know they got somebody that has their back
2. Can guard guys and keep the media at bay
3. Builds trust and loyalty from the head man on down
