Philly. Fucc a Eagle. I mean dat.
Depends entirely on when they give him the money.

If they give it to him now, he's going to get his quote of $32mil+ AAV and we will be irate.

If they make him play out the year, his ineptitude will inevitably tank his value. His value is at its highest right now. He didn't work on a damn thing all offseason and there's no reason to think his performance, mechanics, and composure will be any better this season. He might have to play without Zeke... And now teams will be gameplanning to bracket Amari.

Rams gave the league the blueprint for shytting on our offense. Just stack the box, commit to the run, and force this remedial dikkhead to beat you. He can't. I expect a lot of teams to employ the exact same defense against us as the Rams did in the Divisional game.

If you put 7-8 in the box and come downhill at Zeke on 80% of plays, 100% on 1st downs, this QB and this offense is Cardinals status.

Longer Zeke and Amari wait to sign, the better deals they will get.
Longer Dak waits to sign, he loses value by letting his play speak.
Great post. And I do agree with waiting it out or hell, even franchising that nikka, but I just see the writing on the wall. Dak will get his either before the season or in season. I just got this gut feeling. And I hope y’all don’t think I’m so type of Dak caper or anything like that but a nikka get tired of coming in here and seeing nikkas bytching all day. Especially knowing what’s coming. I’m straight on “it is what it is” more and waiting to watch how shyt will play out. shyt ain’t worth the anger no more.

You're not wrong. I don't think any of us would argue with you that Dak isn't going to be the QB of this team moving forward.

But that doesn't mean we gotta be happy about the shyt :martin:

And I think his demeanor and approach rub a lot of people the wrong way. It's one thing if he was always working on his craft or made magic happen with shyt around him.

I don't post on any other forum so I just let this thread be my outlet to spew Dak hate. He's the reason we're hesitant to pay Zeke. He's the reason we won't be able to retain our defense. He's the reason we get exposed in big games.

Whats wrong with Daks demeanor?
Threw Dez under the bus. All the empty Garrett rhetoric about watching the film and learning, getting better every day, all about execution, etc. And then comes out and looks the same in Year 4 as he did in Year 1.

And being so dense as to not realize he needs HoF level players littered on the offense just to struggle win 10 games. The moment he doesn't have an All-Pro RB, he can't even break 10 points...

Yet he demands $30mil+ like he's SB MVP Joe Flacco or some shyt

That demeanor

1. Dez said Dak didnt do anything to him.

2. He says what every qb says.

3. You trippin if you think he hasnt gotten better.

4. Just because his agent allegedly stated he wants to be highest paid doesnt mean anything. Negotiating business tactic.

No :cape:

Dez ain't the smartest cat. Dak inferred he'd throw a pick if he targeted Dez. Dak didn't go to bat for his WR when the FO made Dez a scapegoat

Most other QBs actually have the balls to throw past 15 yards. Most other QBs actually watch film, learn, and come back and can somewhat recognize coverages. Most other QBs can go through 2 progressions in less than 5 seconds.

He hasn't gotten better. In what area has he improved from his 13-3 rookie year? Footwork? Touch? Deep ball? Scrambling? Accuracy? Play recognition? Pocket presence? Red zone? Audibling out of loaded box runs? What am I missing here.

He said himself "no hometown discounts" and that the team can afford to pay him, pay Zeke, and pay Amari what they deserve

I agree about the Dez stuff. He doesnt seem street smart at all so its possible Dak slid him without him realizing.

Dak been throwing alot more past 15 yards recently. I think his deep ball has improved and his pocket presence.....which needs alot of work but hes gotten better. Especially when Amari came. Ask the Redskins and Eagles.

He was negotiating too....same as you would :yeshrug:

But i wont keep on this topic. I hear what you sayin. He has his chance to prove his worth this year. Im a cowboy fan so i hope he goes for 30 tds this year

Oh trust me my reaction if they sign Dak to that 100mil deal is going to be:russ:, especially since the Zeke burial is completely underway. They're literally saying that the 2 guys who aren't top 5 at their position are better than 1 guy who is the best at his position. If you look at Amari's numbers you'll see that the Philly and Washington games really inflate what he really did here, and he showed that he's still too inconsistent to be considered an elite WR.

PFF just put out this video:

PFF's Steve Palazzolo dives into Dak Prescott's career PFF stats amid the looming contract negotiations. Steve looks at Dak's rankings among other NFL QBs in metrics that front offices will most likely look at when determining whether or not to give their QB the bag.

Basically saying what we already knew and that's he doesn't throw the ball good enough to be paid elite money. Skip Bayless always brings up Dak's high completion percentage while omitting his uncatchable pass rating:sas2:
Skip is a highly paid troll. The shyt he says rarely makes sense just like when he was sucking Tebow off and that dude was straight smoke and mirrors.

Outside of those two games dude didn’t have more than 80 yards in a game and also scored in only 3 of 9 games but I’ll give him a pass for the NYG game. I really think folks just see stats and make them shyts fit their narrative instead of mixing stats and eye test together.

Robert Quin suspended for 2 games
Already Injured, Quinn Gets 2-Game Suspension
Defensive end Robert Quinn will definitely miss the first two regular-season games now.

The NFL has announced the veteran pass-rusher has been suspended for two games for a violation of the league’s policy on performance-enhancing substances.

Quinn had recently returned to Dallas to undergo surgery on a fractured left hand that he sustained in practice earlier this week.

While there were questions on Quinn’s availability for Week 1 before this news because of the injury, it’s likely Quinn should be fully healed when he comes back.

He is allowed to practice in training camp and even play in the preseason games, although it’s unlikely that is injury would allow him to participate.
