We really passed on this for a guy that was a healthy scratch most of the season


McClay is overrated

Their drafting has been good on offense, not on defense. I wish people would make that distinction when they eulogize this front office.

Yeah old boy trippin Dak look like a deer in headlights out there right now. The biggest thing I noticed is him and the receivers have not been on the same page, nobody is prepared, it's almost like they aren't practicing or something. Careless mistakes constantly.

He hasn't played that great but Charvarius Ward who we traded to KC in the preseason last year for a bum guard has the same amount of interceptions (2) as our entire defense. These coaches are ass. I'm not ready to give up on Awuzie and Lewis.

Jets game was a step in the right direction. Anybody rooting for anything other than Cowboys losses at this point needs to get a clue

I wanted Thornhill more than any other non-top20 player in the draft
They took a lot of local heat about not taking a S with that 2nd rounder. They weathered the local storm and swept it under the rug. This dude Trysten looking like he's going to be a whole bust, but in his defense, he never had a chance in this flabby scheme with flabby coordinator

Jason Garrett was on both squads. Him and Witten are the only common denominators

Team needs a total cleanse. New HC, new DC, maybe even new OC solely for the culture change. Even if Kellen isn't the problem, he low key gotta go if you're trying to entirely move on from the JG era
That being said, I think Kellen stays no matter what happens the next 2-3 years minimum

Have to bring in fresh guys that aren't poisoned from the Garrinelli School of Softness
Everybody in the secondary gotta go. They're all part of a despicable DB era for us. Fire Marinelli, keep/promote Richard (his job just as safe as Kellens, probably moreso), get entirely new players after next year when Awuzie/Lewis expire
Should have started this past draft by taking a S but it looks like they wanted to shoot for Great Value Redskins Albert Haynesworth instead

I mentioned it on CZ but I gotta say it here. I think Dez and his beef with Garrett guys are ruining the team chemistry mainly Witten. For that dude to leave his “brothers” and be welcomed back so easily while Dez not only got kicked out the door but they never even thought about bringing him back......think about that if you in the locker room. To know that a p*ssy like Garrett (and yes he’s a p*ssy.....go see when Scandrick got in his face) has so much pull on the team and he sucks at his job. I have to run through a wall for him?
And it’s funny on the micd up segments Witten stay yellin at people. Team prob lookin at him like bytch we did fine without yo goofy ass last year.

and the team prob saw that they were headed for the playoffs again and basically Garrett was going to get extended and they was like you know what nahhhhhhh fukk that. We gonna nite the bullet this year to get Garrett up outta here.

The cowboys coaches have a history in prioritizing players with seniority and contract status.

They also play favorites.

This is why when players become starters, their level of play slacks off. Everyone in the secondary included. None of them have a fear of losing their jobs.

Unless Moore is going to be the head coach then dont bring him back.

When parcels was hire he brought his own people in. He kept Mike Zimmer because he was a great coach with a proven track record. Jimmy Johnson brought in his own people as well.

Jerry Jones is the GM so he will manage to fukk it up.
