What a difference it makes going into a season with legit talent at WR. Remember we were going into last year relying on Terrance Williams, Alan Hurns, Cole Beasley, Deonte Thompson, a rookie Gallup, and Brice Butler. Now we're working with Amari Cooper, Randall Cobb, a 2nd year Gallup, and Devin Smith. I'm forgetting someone but y'all get the point. Also helps that Kellen Moore is the OC and not bum ass Linehan.

We’re number 3 in 3rd down conversions in defense. That’s not a fake stat you can take out of context, but even better than that we’re number one on 3rd down conversions on offense after being dead last most of last season.

There are 2 types of fans in this thread
1. The fan that's always optimistic and just wants to see the good in everything.
2. The fan that's been optimistic since childhood, but can no longer keep up the charade because it's been over 2 decades since this team has done anything.
I'm just at the point where I just need to see it in the playoffs before I believe that anything has really changed for this team.
Do you honestly think that this defense has looked good? Bad teams have been able to move the ball on them, but a good team will actually out the ball in the endzone against this defense. The Dolphins had multiple chances to take the lead but they absolutely suck.

We'll play some of these so called good teams at some point. I just know in the past when we played these type teams we were squeaking out wins or even losing.
