We enter Season #10 for Geppetto and his puppet with a roster that on paper once again looks primed to compete for a championship in a league full of mediocrity. The offense is getting a few new voices in the coach's room. Out - the abhorred lions castoff Scott Linehan (Dez was right all along)...in - the celebrated duo of Kellen Moore and Jon Kitna. Will this influx of fresh ideas be enough to jumpstart an offense loaded with talent or will Garrett's conservative approach and comfortable hires like Witten stifle a new approach? Time will tell...

On defense, If Gregory is reinstated, this d-line, with key additions throughout, might be the most stacked d-line group in a few years. The linebackers look ready to put the three-headed monster of Lee (throws holy water on him) and the Wolfpack on the field at the same time. The secondary once again goes without a competent safety to pair with the human missIle known as X-man but includes a motivated CB looking for a big pay day and a group of young DB's entering their primes. This unit once again looks "good enough" to compete for a title; it will be all about staying healthy, continuing to pressure the opposing QB's, gaining more turnovers, and improved situational coaching.

The schedule looks tough brehs. The road schedule is brutal - away games at New Orleans, Detroit, Chicago, New England await us. The home schedule includes tough games vs the LA and Green Bay. If you'd give me 10-6 today, I'd take it in a heart beat. We either make the playoffs and make it to the conference title game or the lame duck Garrett is out. I'm looking forward to seeing how a this team does with a desperate coach for once and a team full of players looking for big pay days. I pray the Most High blesses this team with good fortune and all my Swagboyz family are partying at LIV six months from now after a sixth Super Bowl title victory in Miami.

Let's eat brehs.

:blessed:

I'll be in Oxnard next weekend. First time at training camp:whoo:
Go to Malibu beach while you there. Absolutely beautiful. Been to the training camp twice. Oxnard boring though. I stayed in LA and just drove up there. About an hour and half drive. Plus Malibu Beach is en route

In! Anything short of NFC chamoionship game and Garrett and Dak can go...sorry, not sorry

I'm not all that high on Dak but you get rid of him and who are you going to get that is better?

This team is built to win RIGHT NOW you go get a young qb you might as well throw the next 2 seasons away their is no young qb in the league or coming up in the draft that is going to be available to the cowboys AND better than Dak is right now...

For better or worse he is the qb for now and the future...he is not going anywhere...

Dak on rookie salary, Im fine with. Dak at 23 to 25 million per? well, ok cool

Dak at 30 mill plus and not even a NFC Championship game or SB appearance and seeing only half the field on passing plays 75% of the time? fukk no.

I rather pay the Zeke, Amari and Jaylon.. Although, Im still nervous about Jaylon at times
