Somebody need to put need the on buddy in the backThat shyt seems so orchestrated. Why didn't Manny mention shyt about this shouler injury before the fight. Or show any ill effects of it during the fight. Even before the post fight press conference it seemed like they pulled Manny aside to coach him up about the shoulder injury. Maybe I just missed the news before the fight but I don't recall much of any noise being made about him suffering an injury.
A few observations about the fight.
1. Floyd was very sharp from the very beginning. As sharp as he's been since the Canelo fight.
2. Floyd did his thing, he was beautiful and tactical, and efficient out there.
3. Pac didn't live up to his part of the deal in the since that he never tried to sell out at any point in the fight, although he did remain present and dangerous at all times.
4. Towards the back end of the fight, I desired for Floyd to step on the gas a little and take more risks, to put a beating on Pac, but I understand why he didn't. Pac was still sharp and dangerous throughout, although visibly ineffective. Floyd wasn't gonna chance getting tagged with something he didn't see coming for staying too long.
5. Alot of people shytting on Floyd for not doing more, but do they ever stop to think how difficult a task it is to make an ATG fighter look so ordinary? Do they think it's easy to win in such a 1-sided fashion against a fighter of that caliber?
6. B-Hop was dope in all the post fight analysis spots I saw him in. I really hope B-Hop gets a good gig doing his thing full time in the future.
