Floyd's resume isdifferent from his talent level though.
Talent wise, yes, Floyd stans have EVERY right to tout Floyd as TBE or if he isn't better than SRR, then he's the closest one. By strictly talent, Floyd belongs on the Mt. Rushmore of Boxing. (SRR, SRL, Ali, Floyd).
Resume wise: He still needs some work to even have the best resume of his era.
Hypothetically, Floyd (imo) would beat every single person that Manny fought. No doubt in my mind. The problem is, Floyd didn't fight them so he doesn't have the additional "names" Pacquiao has on his resume.
Excluding mutual opponents (Miguel Cotto, Shane Mosley, Ricky Hatton, Oscar De La Hoya, and Juan Manuel Marquez); Floyd has not beaten the same opponents Manny has.
Floyds best "non-mutual" opponent is whom? Canelo? Corrales? Castillo? Hernandez? Judah? None of them are HOFers and so they dont compare to Morales, MAB, or Bradley
