- Does not agree with RJJ in that the only way Mayweather can beat Manny is to stop him.
- Ellerbe says there will be an announcement about tickets next week.
- His understanding is that if there is a failed drug test the Nevada commission will have an expedited hearing and call off the fight almost immediately. Then there would be a punishment hearing with a large fine and suspension.
- If a drug test is failed, the fighters negotiating a settlement between each other has no affect on if the commission cancels the fight.
- If Koncz wanted a drug penalty, he should have negotiated it into the original contract.
- Both fighters have been drug tested at least twice so far.

Yeah, I think he has been intentionally trimming the Mayweather-Pacquiao questions to focus on the rest of boxing, since he knows that his chats right before the fight will be Floyd/Mannycentric.

He did confirm, what it looks like is starting to be published that the penalty for testing positive is only a portion of the picture. The real picture is that no matter what Manny/Floyd decide the Nevada commission can still shut it down...and his info says they would do it.

However, if the fight was allowed to continue than a settlement would need to be in order.
Heck, if the fight got cancelled because of a drug test, these guys should have negotiated a penalty for the payday they would lose out on.

For $5 million to Mayweather to be like $1,000 to us we'd need at least $50,000 in the bank - that's putting his estimates wealth at $250 million . But it's foolish to think of money like this - $5 million is $5 million
